Individual Tuning for BMW E46 330Ci Supercharged

We have experience tuning the BMW M54B30 engine with a supercharger while retaining the factory Siemens MS43 ECU.

In standard form, the BMW E46 330Ci produces approximately 231 hp and 300 Nm. With a properly installed supercharger system and a carefully calibrated ECU, power can increase to around 320 hp and 405 Nm of torque.

Because the M54B30 engine was not originally designed to operate under boost, precise calibration is essential. Fueling, ignition timing, load calculation, and safety limits must be adjusted correctly to ensure strong performance, smooth drivability, and reliable engine operation.

This particular setup uses MAF-based load calculation, larger fuel injectors, and a custom exhaust system with sports catalytic converters.
