Tuning news, we have developed good tuning file for Toyota Yaris 1.0 VVT-i this is more for racing use.

We have opimised ignition for full and part load, but most important - fueling. In lower rpm regions this engine is running with quiet lean mixture for full load - that is till aprox. 4000 rpm's and quiet rich 0.78 ath higher rpms. We found maps that are responsible for full throttle lambda and fixed it. Result is good lambda aprox 0.92 - 0.88 from low to high rpms. In lower rpm range increase is + 8 -> +12Nm (thats before VVT start to move, no more drop in torque)

This particular car was with straight exhaust, and 0 resistance intake air filter.

Other possibilities: Max RPM - example: 7200 1/min. Pops and bangs (exhaust loud pops). Fault code (DTCs) disable P0420 and others.
